One Kansas City Place is a high-rise office skyscraper in the downtown area of Kansas City occupying the block bounded by 12th Street to the north, Baltimore Ave to the west, and Main Street to the east. The building provides office space for businesses, and includes a parking garage. Bank of America maintains a large branch office in the lower lobby of the building, as well as other professional offices in the tower. The building is the tallest structure in Kansas City and in the state of Missouri. The reinforced concrete structure was constructed by Tom Martin Construction Company.
