Apartamentos Iris is a high-rise three-tower residential condominium project located in the suburb of Envigado in the south metropolitan area of Medellin, Colombia in South America. The condominium units feature two and three-bedroom, full 2 and 3-bath plan variations from 77m (829 Sq Ft) to 93m (1,001 Sq Ft), with private balcony patios accessible from the Living / Dining area by full-height sliding glass doors. The complex includes Clubrooms with Fitness Center, Sauna, indoor Handball Court, outdoor heated pool, and Children Playground in a scenic setting surrounded by woods. The reinforced concrete structure was constructed by  DGB Constructors of Colombia.

ROBERT S. SHOEMAKER & ASSOCIATES performed professional services as Architectural Engineer / Project Manager (Comité Técnico) during the construction and Sales to Investors on the 204 Unit Condominium Development. Subsequent to completion of the construction, the RSSA Property Management group manages rental units for Investment clients, primarily to retired individuals and couples from the USA looking for economical living in a paradise environment.
