DOMINION AT KENNESAW
Dominion at Kennesaw is a custom designed Townhome project located in the suburb of Kennesaw in the north metropolitan area of Atlanta. The multi-story condominium units feature two and three-bedroom plan variations from 1,800 SF to more than 2,900 SF, with private attached one and two car garages. The traditional Georgian architectural design was developed in a secluded natural setting surrounded by a native pine forest and the properties were marketed for sale only.
ROBERT S. SHOEMAKER & ASSOCIATES was the Partner in the Development, and all professional services were provided for the Project including the Architectural and Site design, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Project Management for the wood framed structural construction. The Townhouse Development was financed by Bank of America.
