PENN SQUARE MALL

Penn Square Mall is an enclosed climate controlled shopping mall with 3 major anchor stores, 146 specialty shops, food court and 24-screen AMC theaters, on 2 floors. It is the largest enclosed Mall in the state of Oklahoma. The original outdoor shopping center was built in 1960 and the Mall was enclosed and renovated / expanded in 1988 by Melvin Simon & Associates while the shopping center was maintained in operation during construction. 

ROBERT S. SHOEMAKER & ASSOCIATES performed the Construction Management services for the Construction Lender, CHEMICAL BANK (now CHASE BANK) on the expansion of the regional Mall.
