TRUMAN OFFICE BUILDING

Harry S. Truman State Office Building is the primary location for Offices for State of Missouri and is located in the block immediately southwest of the Missouri State Capital. The building features a state-of-the-art interior design with a 45' wide / 220' long central atrium which separates the structure into 2 sections. This design creates a dramatic focal point of the State Capital at the front entrance. At the time of construction this was the largest office building by area in the state of Missouri. The reinforced concrete structure was constructed by McCarthy Brothers Construction.
