Prior to joining RSSA, Maricela served in various independent Sales positions including direct Sales of Medical Services for MEDICAL HOME, in the Credit Cards area for BANCO SANTANDER SERFIN, and Sales of Life Insurance for the AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) office in Colombia.

Other previous experience includes assignments in the position of the Office ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT directly responsible for management of Sales personnel for a large company in Colombia. The last position Maricela held for more than 15 years directly prior to joining RSSA, was in PORTFOLIO COLLECTIONS for ÉXITO GROUP which is the largest multinational supermarket retail corporation in Colombia operating a group of supercenters, discount department stores, and grocery stores in Colombia and other countries.

With nearly a decade of management of our International Headquarters Office, Maricela has the knowledge and experience in all facets of our business and the company. As the Leader our Sales and Marketing programs she brings much of the expertise of creative publicity. In this position Maricela also manages our most important Client Outreach program, to take us to our goal to support the tenants of our communities including the APARTAMENTOS IRIS property that funds many of our investors in Colombia.
